They're very professional, friendly, and honest. And they knock their lights out trying to get me the best coverage they can at the most reasonable price. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been turning to Rita and Ron since I first came to Bloomington 24 years ago, and they are they epitome of excellent service. In today's era of online forms and call-center navigating, it is so refreshing to know that I can always call either one of them directly to get their professional opinion and advice.

Basically, they were the opposite of Hardesty Insurance. I receive personable service and I always feel like a respected client, not a checkbook.

(August 26, 2014, 9:52 am)Forthright and honest. I had a problem with a burst water pipe this past past winter and Ron and Rita helped immediately. We had the issue resolved within the week. I highly recommend Hardesty Insurance. I'm thinking of switching my auto insurance to them as well.
