  Was a multi-sport athlete who LOVED hard workouts in high school. Joined the armed services and started to dislike any type of workout. Tried workouts at various gym with traditional equipment and even hired a trainer at a couple gyms. All of it came out as a big NOPE. 16 years after leaving high school I FINALLY found a gym that brought my love of working out back! Teamwork Bloomington is a fantastic gym with OUTSTANDING trainers, diverse workouts, and a holistic view to better health. 18+ months later at 37yrs old, I'm 40+lbs down, my nutrition is much better, and I still love the workouts. Even my 10yr old loves the workouts and sees continued improvement in her athletic coordination. Come check them out!!!

  I originally joined Teamwork for a 60 day weight loss challenge, but I've been coming back for almost a year and a half now. Whatever your goals, be it weight loss, strength training, speed training, or general athleticism, Teamwork will help you set attainable goals for sustainable growth.   Love Teamwork Bloomington. I have been a member for 2 years and they have definitely gotten me on a healthier path. Highly recommend Teamwork for anyone looking to get healthier. Trainers have a good feel for teaching correct movements. My entire family now works out here.

  If you are looking for a gym were you are personally trained, with good results. This is the place for you. Everyone one of the coaches here are awesome!! I personally been I member her for a year, have lost 100lbs. I have gained so much confidence. Not only are they great with adults, they are awesome with kids. They all take pride and love what they do. I would say they are the best gym in Bloomington!!

  I am not a member but both of my children are members. They work out between 2-4 times a week here. The staff is fabulous and supportive. They want to see the athletes develop not only as an athlete but also as a human being. My kids love this place and I am so happy we made the decision to sign them up.
