Green Hill Diner

This place has been renovated by the new owners. The food is delicious with great prices and portions. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

We tried Green Hill Diner in Morgantown Indiana for lunch on Saturday. It's definitely a small town diner in style. The waitress was super friendly, helpful, and attentive. I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich (which I always try when it's on any menu). It was hot and crispy. The sauce was great and the bun was fresh. It came with thin-cut skin-on fries which were just the way I like them; hot and just turning brown on the outside, still soft inside. My wife had the breaded tenderloin on a buttered, grilled bun. Their special sauce on the tenderloin was a perfect match. It came with house made cole slaw which was fantastic. The iced tea was brewed, which is very important to my wife.. For a great local experience do drop in and try them out.

We had an amazing experience at the Green Hill Diner! I order the chicken and waffles and was not disappointed at all! Chicken was very tender and fried perfectly! Waffle was great and the syrup set the whole plate off the charts! I would recommend this place to anyone! I am from Johnson County so it was a little bit of a drive. Oh my was it worth the drive. We will be back for sure! My only regret was that I did not take a picture to post!

Delicious chicken! I love their pepper jelly. Such a unique little diner on 135, great service and awesome attention to details. Highly recommend!

We went for breakfast this morning and had a great time! Super friendly service - our waitress got out some crayons and a coloring page for our 2 year old as soon as we sat down. The Elvis pancakes were delicious - huge portions! And the biscuits&gravy were some of the best we’d ever had. Can’t wait to try the lunch menu next!
