I just switched to this company . So far I like them a lot , everyone I have spoke to on the phone has been very friendly and professional. I switched from Brown and Sons who was nothing but annoying to deal with. In my opinion not very professional. You could only pay by check or you got charged 10.00 CC charge. You had to race to the door to get the driver to refigure your bill to save .10 a gallon . You paid .10 a gallon if you didn’t pay the driver .It was so annoying and a rip off. We was on automatic refill but they hadn’t filled our tank in 2 months . I figured it was a good time to switch since are tank was so low. I feel relieved to have a reliable ,friendly gas company.

I am proud to have you as my propane company. Your service is outstanding; either it is on delivery of the gas to the patience of your office for my billing. I figure if I need to call you for gas or have to hear from your office to pay my bill; you and myself are both doing it right. You are a great company. Keep up the great work.

This propane gas company has Excellent Telephone Service as well as Excellent Delivery Service.We truly appreciate the budget plan they offer and how they make it so simple to set it up each year. When calling for assistance I am always greeted with a woman who knows her job and does it well. She genuinely cares for the customers and takes the time needed to take care of any issues. The delivery men are always courteous and they hang the delivery receipt on the door and\or if not able to hang the receipt on the door they promptly send it through the mail. My husband and I have been serviced by them for many years and I highly recommend Suburban Propane to anyone looking for a propane gas company.
