My car started making a funny noise a few weeks ago. I thought it was a transmission issue. A highly ranked transmission shop in Valpo even evaluated my car and recommended a rebuild transmission. I looked for a second opinion and learned my issues was probably exhaust related. I called these guys and they said they'd take a look. I brought it in expecting to leave it there or at least miss a couple hours of work. About fifteen minutes later the mechanic came out and told me the problem was just a heat shield and rusted bracket. They already fixed it. The bill was much much cheaper than the estimate at the transmission shop. I gladly paid and my car now sounds good as new.

Also very nice employees and nice waiting room. I actually enjoyed hanging out, having a complementary cup of good coffee and a few chocolate as I chatted with the gentleman at the front desk.

I will definitely take my car here next time I need work.

They got me in on about an hour's notice, did a fine job on my repair. A little pricier than I expected, but the work is top notch.

The guys at Valpo Muffler are awesome. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. They always try to get you in asap and the prices for parts and labor are really fair.
