Jim at NED Realty was amazing! He was very dedicated in finding us a home in a difficult market, but not just any home; it had to be the right home. He was very thorough when walking through homes and responsive to our questions and requests. Thank you!

Our first interaction with Ned Realty was in August of last year. At that time, Jim was at a rental property that we came across and he gave us a thorough tour of the property. Jim was extremely helpful with the qualifying process and made the experience very smooth and quite fast. We signed the lease and lived at the house for one year. During that year, any time we needed to talk with Jim, or needed something from Jim, we found him to be responsive, friendly, and professional. During the year we lived at the property we considered Jim to be a friend. My job relocated to Illinois which meant that we would not be renewing the lease. After giving Jim notification, we were happy to find him as friendly and helpful as ever. I just can’t recommend Ned Realty any higher. When I think of Jim, I think of a person who would always say what he was going to do and would always do what he said.
