  It seems to be a little bit better now with the nurses, nurse practitioners& staff.My Dr.O is the best. He has been my family Dr. For over 15 years now. Including my son Dr. He listens to you& doesn't just run out of the room so quickly. I wouldn't choose any other Dr. But him. That's one of the main reasons why im still there. Including Dr. H. She is wonderful as well. She is in the Chesterton, In Northshore.

  I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff at the Scottsdale NorthShore Health Center. The staff is polite, pleasant, and informative; I love my nurse practitioner Ti-Yon - very thorough and patient. Vonnie is a great help with Marketplace insurance assistance...she knows the ins and outs of the insurance offered. THANK YOU so much!

  i have been a patient at the Scottsdale location in Portage for a number of years now, there is no other office I would dream of going to; everyone is always so friendly and professional and treats you with respect and kindness. Everyone makes you feel right at home and comfortable, always taking the time to answer any questions and even making you feel like a friend!

  Can make appointments in a reasonable amount of time. I believe my care was taken seriously. Treatment plans are well thought out. Not afraid to change treatment if it's not working. The medical records department needs to check out their fax machine though.

  I had a great stay, I was cared for by staff and doctors that made sure I understood what they were doing to and for me. I have no complaints. If I need medical assistance again in the future I will choose Northshore!
