I knew Dell was an excellent player and technician. What I didn't know is that he provides exceptional customer service. He was determined that I left his shop happy, and I did. Well worth the 4 hour drive from Cincinnati! I am very very appreciative of his expert attention to my vintage horn. 5 stars indeed!
It was a pleasure working with Dell this past weekend. I went to The Sax Clinic to try out and purchase a Yanagisawa B991 bari sax. Dell kept the horn in excellent playing condition and does expert work with his repairs. Dell hooked me up with my new Bari sax. He took the time to let me properly play test it until I was satisfied and gave me a few pointers on mouthpiece/reed setups. He even gave my old horn a quick look to make sure it was in good working condition for when I was ready to sell it. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend Dell for if you’re looking to buy or need someone to do any repairs. Definitely going to be my go-to guy from now on.
