Mr. Phil Humphreys has the skill, knowledge and history needed to get your scoot running right. Phil was so nice, he even took on our "project". The basket case we brought him is now a great runner, and even LEGAL! Very nice and easy to work with, Phil, and his wife, Joyce are now our friends! We think this is the only place to get stuff for YOUR Cushman.
