We recently purchased a home from M/I and had a wonderful experience from beginning of the project to closing. Our sales rep was fantastic, well informed, and very kind. (Hannah Martin) And our build manager (Scott Richter) was amazing. He kept us well informed during the entire process and was very quick to respond to the few questions I had along the way. He made sure every detail was perfect and we truly appreciate all his effort. I plan to live in this house until I die, but if I ever built again it would most definitely be with M/I homes. 10/10 do recommend.

I’m really impressed with M/I Homes, as a Realtor and designer. The homes are solidly and nicely built, keep up with today’s trends while maintaining classic styling, and Level 1 standard features are nicer than typical builder grade materials.
