William is a one man show and owner of southern indiana pest control. He is better than 5 people. We were getting a VA loan and black diamond did our home inspection. They made sure to put what they needed on report to make us have to buy a termite system and the wrong and more expensiveone. Anything to make more money because they knew now we had to for the closing. We called william for a 2nd opinion. We has a small spot on the largest beam from a bore beetle and there was no evidence of termites or any active bugs. William installed the right termite system and cost us half of black diamond. Whenever you need him he always answers right away in text or call. He makes an appointment and shows up fast which is rare these days. If he has to come out and spray a second time due to no fault of his own he makes you a priority.

William was prompt friendly and informative. He was honest and took his time explaining everything to me. I would highly recommend his business and will deffinately be using him for my pest control needs!

Honesty and integrity is hard to find these days... glad we found this company. Highly recommend!
