  Friday evening, no hot water. Researched a bit to find someone to call, and Water Heater Express had 50, 5 star reviews. Had a new water heater installed and working within a couple hours. Fast, professional and a really decent guy.
  Bottom line, there is a reason he has 52 five star reviews.

  You can’t miss when you deal with Jeremy Wheeler, manager of Water Heater Express. I couldn’t believe how fast he came to our condo to take care of our leaky water heater. Unbelieveably old, the antique water heater and the jigsaw puzzle of pipes going here and there didn’t throw Jeremy. When he finished installing a new heater and solving the piping jigsaw puzzle, he diagnosed another water piping problem just outside the garage door. He explained in everyday, normal English exactly what he would do to repair it. Also, he gave an estimate and an idea of how fast he could get to it.
  
  Jeremy impressed us so with his “no baloney” way of dealing with a customer that we called him again the next day to take care of a toilet that was leaking all over the floor. He quickly diagnosed the problem, hoisted the toilet to the side and installed two wax collars over the hole in the floor.

  In the six years I have lived in my current home, this last year has had its share of plumbing needs. I saw the great reviews online for Water Heater Express and gave Jeremy a call. Jeremy was honest and trustworthy, able to be at my side not once, but three times, within minutes. His work speaks for itself. I recommend Jeremy and Water Heater Express for your next plumbing and water heater needs.

  I am having a walk in shower put in. The installer ran into issues with the plumbing. I called Jeremy and as promised, he was here within a half an hour. He fixed the problems so the installer can continue. I cannot say enough kind words about Jeremy. He is kind, courteous, professional and very caring. He was the same way when he installed a water heater for us on 5/13/19. I will never use anyone other that Water Heater Express!!

  Our 11 year old water heater started acting up a week ago. The pilot light kept going out overnight. So I called Water Heater express after checking out their website.
  
  Jeremy came out to the house right away. After a quick diagnosis, he gave me several options (and pricing) for repair or replacement. He took a number of measurements to insure that the replacement would fit into the limited space available.
  
  We've only been in the house a couple years, but considering the age of the water heater and the cost of repair, we opted for the replacement. Jeremy left immediately to get the replacement unit and came back to do the install.
  
  Bottom line:
  Jeremy was fast, efficient, courteous and professional. The entire process took 3 hours from first phone call to finished job. Doesn't get any better than that.
  Highly recommended.
