(December 8, 2019, 11:17 am)All ended well, but don't try ordering tires online. Go to the store and have them check inventory. I ordered four tires based on the website saying there were five in stock. Later that day I got an email saying delivery would be delayed. I figured someone else has bought the tires. Then I got an email saying two were there and two more would arrive later. I checked at the store. They still had the five on the shelf but said internet sales went through online grocery, so to use them I'd have to cancel the online order and buy the ones on the shelf. I setup installation for the next day anyway. The next day the new four were there, plus the original five. So it worked out, but what a mess.

(October 12, 2019, 5:26 pm)The only complaint that I have is they didn't have enough people manning the front desk, there was a lot of people that was waiting in line behind us. But Jim the employee that took very good care and attention to my problem. He was very professional and kind.
