I cannot even begin to say how helpful and caring their staff is. I know it's their job to be kind and caring but their entire staff went above and beyond during our time of loss. It was like they were right in the depths of sorrow with us, luke part of our family. Highly recommend.

We are Malesich and Shirey and Colorado Cremetory, a funeral home in Arvada, Colorado. We recently worked with Grandstaff-Hentgen to fly someone back home to be laid to rest in Indiana. Chad Maple made sure that our communication was frequent and transparent all the while making sure that the family was taken care of. His professionalism, and that of the entire staff at the funeral home, was appreciated and their care was obvious. We look forward to the opportunity to work with Chad and everyone at Grandstaff-Hentgen again.

We recently laid my mother in law to rest. Chad is one of the kindest, compassionate people I've ever met. He worked diligently to make sure that everything we wanted/ needed was taken care of. He and the staff anticipated every need and worked so hard. I would absolutely recommend Grandstaff to anyone. You can not get better care for your family and your loved one in a time of sorrow.

We recently lost my mom and Grandstaff’s was amazing! Chad went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and everything was absolutely perfect to honor her and her memory. He even went so far as to tell me they were still here for us after everything was over if we needed ANYTHING at all just give them a call! They are the most caring, compassionate and professional group of individuals in the business.

When we unexpectedly lost our Sweet Angel, this funeral home was AMAZING ! The staff was kind, generous and loving. They done everything possible to make Joslyn's funeral beautiful and they were so helpful. 16 and a half years wasn't enough with our Sweet Girl but the Funeral made her Life Celebration the best it could be.
