I was greeted by Jennifer when I got there for my scheduled service appointment. It was my first time meeting her and she was very kind and professional. They got my car in a bay and did my inspection, oil change and tire rotation in a timely manner. I was in and out in under 45 mins. I also was able to use my Ford Pass Rewards points towards my service, which was nice! I drive about an hour to get to Eddie Gilstrap each time I have my car serviced and I am never disappointed. Hands down the best experience buying a car! I inquired about a car and got a call the same day to come check it out. Waited a few days, due to my own reasoning, heard back from them and they wanted to appraise my vehicle I was potentially going to trade. Took it in and got over what I thought I would from my 2018 RAV4! I was able to get into my dream 2022 Mustang Mach E so seamlessly. I told them what I was looking for car wise and financially and they made it happen! I didn’t expect it to work out and it did!! Huge shout out to Owen for being such a wonderful, friendly and down to earth guy! Really helped me by answering all my questions since I was switching to an EV. 10/10 would recommend!!!
