When I became high risk and he couldn't cover me anymore because of it he still helped me to find the best and cheapest high risk insurance he could. He does a wonderful job at explaining all the reasons his rates are the way they are. Was always good at communicating far as what's what and why. Its not hard to understand what your paying for. This guy has always struck me as reasonable and fair on his pricing.
