Friendly staff & always positive & seem happy to be working here. Attentive when in fitting room. A woman was struggling holding clothes & a staff member came up immediately to offer a shopping cart. Tip when taking clothes to sell, keep the seasons in mind & do it with an open mind. I personally am happy to get any dollar amount for my clothes. I mentioned just donating what they didn’t take & the employee let me know they can donate what they don’t take to non-profits if I’m interested, which is awesome! I was so glad she told me that. I’ll do that every time now. They have a points system for rewards. This location is BIG, so many great finds for great prices! Love this store came to Richmond & the whole idea of consignment & secondhand clothing; just awesome!

I am a frequent seller and shopper here! The staff have always been friendly. The store is organized by size and color, very clean, a huge variety with fair prices.
