(October 23, 2021, 6:22 pm)Professional, neat and first-quality workmanship. Greg and Tyler did the complete furnace and A/C replacement perfectly. There is absolutely nothing to find fault with (and I'm an engineer.) Normally I hate dealing with contractors--Wheeler Mechanical is the exception.

(August 31, 2021, 9:57 pm)Would highly recommend Wheeler Mechanical because they installed a new American Standard furnace and A/C for over 20% than any competitor. Even better is there their service is top notch. They came out when they said they would, did a great job installing everything (cleaned up after themselves) and have answered every question I have had (and there have been a slew of them).

The Wheeler technicians replaced it with a more efficient new model, took the old one away, and cleaned up everything when they were done. The price was very fair, the work was excellent, and the people from Wheeler are super nice. I highly recommend them!

The office seemed pretty disorganized with a few unavoidable errors ( I never got a call to schedule they just showed up. I was underbilled by about $1,000), unreturned messages. But they were always friendly and honest. The mistakes were in my favor ( It was a welcome surprise when they showed up, and underbilling never makes me mad). I view them as a hardworking, honest company whose low office overhead results in lower costs, and a few extra honest mistakes on the administrative side. I'd call them again without hesitation.
