When I first started a month ago, I had never worked out in my life and was incredibly nervous. But the instructors are all so awesome and make you feel comfortable. They help throughout the workout if they notice you are doing something with incorrect form so you get the best results. Also, every workout is different and challenging. Now, I truly love it and can't wait to go everyday!

I love how the workouts are always changing, therefore challenging me in different ways. When I worked out my myself I’d stop when it got hard. The coaches are all awesome though and encourage you when you start to get to that point. I go to de-stress instead of dreading my next workout.

I love the instructor led boot camp and the way they correct you if you're not doing something right. They seem passionate in helping each individual reach their fitness and health goals.

What a great group to be a part of! Trainers are excellent; very knowledgeable about fitness and so kind and encouraging. The clientele they have is amazing - everyone cheers each other on and it just feels great to be there!
