LT Group has been amazing! Tina and Esther have gone above and beyond ! I am a seller and buyer in This transaction. My reality company on the listing end has been dishonest, unprofessional, and it’s been financially and psychologically draining! Tina and Esther have handled this process like true professionals with years of experience and knowledge behind them. It shows! When you have experienced the worst from Remax Reality Warsaw office, LT Group have been the saving grace through this. Dropping Remax Warsaw next level group has been the best thing I did! Tina took the time and there was no rush, no push, no sales lines, she wants you to love your home and handles all the hurdles! More than 10 years ago in a very tough market for sellers, Tina helped us to sell our home in Fort Wayne to move to Columbia City; a couple months ago in a tough market for buyers, Leanne helped me to find & buy a home that we absolutely love in Columbia City.
Both of these ladies are so great to work with, they know their stuff, are straight forward and truly care about their clients. Leanne was so patient & encouraging & I felt 100% that she cared about what was best for me…I jumped into an offer on a home and then changed my mind realizing it wasn’t really the best fit for us…she knew I was stressed about being on a short time table & just a few days after I asked her to pull my offer on the first house, she found and was helping me with the purchase of the home that I bought…it IS a great fit for us! ❤️

Sara Belcher was my agent and she did an amazing job. She was very on top of all the details and changes and was great at communicating them. She’s a very knowledgeable asset in this industry.
She explained things in simpler ways so we could better understand some of the legal processes.
If we had questions she couldn’t answer she would get them from our broker typically that same day.
She had great recommendations and knowledge on brokers to use. That actually saved us money in our particular situation with our house!

First time using LT Group was eye opening.
