    We visited here to have one of our vehicles serviced. They took great care of it and treated it very gently. I know they are pretty under staffed so that made receiving the appointment a little tougher but, they did a fantastic job.

    My experience was five stars. I came on Saturday AM with no intent to buy a new truck. The Sales person Alajhandra Brito came out to greet me with a great smile. I had spoken to her a month ago and she rembered my first name which impressed me. We looked at vehicles on the lot and she very skillfully presented her sales talk very professionally and knowledgeable. End result I left with a new truck and happy with my trip to City Cev.

    Olivia Evan’s did an awesome job. She was friendly and got me the exact numbers I was looking for. I drove three and a half hours because they had the model and color I wanted and it was definitely worth it.

    I SURE HOPE THIS DEALERSHIP FIXES WHAT THEY DIDN'T FIX! YOUR SERVICE DEPT IS CLOSED AND 2HRS AWAY.. JUST GOT AN OIL CHANGE THERE ON A NEW 2020 CHEVY. OIL ALL OVER THE ENGINE! OIL ALL OVER THE DRIVEWAY... YES. WE ARE TWO HOURS OUT IF TOWN!

    Followed up. The dealership was quick to come to the location of the car, clean the drive way and leave a vehicle in its place to be able to get back to Ft. Wayne.

    Final follow up. The dealership made everything right! Thank you Ben Rose! So very much appreciated ☺
