I had a great experience at care now. My doctor was so knowledgeable and explained everything so thoroughly and she even took my labs and chest x ray just to be sure there was nothing else brewing. The guy who did my chest x rays and lab work was amazing as well he was so sweet and personable and got me the work notes I needed. The LVN as well was great she was very nice and helpful to me. Very good experience.

Initially, I was greeted over the phone very pleasantly. The CareNow staff person was very helpful. When I arrived, I was expected. Within minutes I was called back for my visit. That person was polite, respectful, and professional. I was headed home within 40 minutes after arriving.

I was amazed at the patience this staff had with all of our kids. I had asked to hurry for an event and they did everything possible to help my daughter so that she could make her show. They did not have to do that - but they worked quickly and were kind about my request. Thank you for such a great experience.

I don't like doctors, hospitals, or urgent cares but needed x-rays to confirm a situation I was dealing with wasn't worse than I thought.

My experience at CareNow Urgent Care - Southlake could NOT have been any better.

The young gentleman (I didn't catch his name) at check in worked efficiently, was very personable while maintaining his professionalism.

Maggie checked me into the exam room, took my blood pressure and pulse while engaging in some light conversation about working out!

When Doctor Andrew made it to the room it was funny to learn he had a very recent and similar injury to my own. He was very calm and reassuring and suggested x-rays which is what I was hoping for.

Ashley was my x-ray tech and she was a blast and me laugh during the x-rays which took just a few minutes.

I saw Doctor Andrew who confirmed ALL was A okay! A lot of pain but nothing broken!

On the way out of the clinic, Maggie reminded me about to write this review (SMART!!!).

5 star care and attention from check in to check out. And while I hope to not see them again for any urgent or emergency needs (lol) I would come back to see this team without hesitation.
