(November 6, 2018, 7:38 am)From Ms Conley: I can't say enough positive things about the people at Comfort Keepers. Our family was devastated when we learned of our father's terminal diagnosis. We knew that his wishes were that he be able to stay at home in a comfortable and familiar setting. We were going to do our best to make that happen. However, as the illness progressed, we realized that we would need care that we alone could not provide. At the recommendation of close friends, we contacted Comfort Keepers, and they helped us through such a difficult journey with understanding and kindness and great skill. All of the caretakers helped with the basic needs of my father that in the beginning included driving and fixing meals. As his times of supervision and needs increased, Comfort Keepers was very flexible and worked with us to make sure our father was well taken care of. Even when situations happened that caused us to need to adjust schedules immediately, the professionals at Comfort Keepers stepped up on short notice and provided us what we needed. It was of great comfort to us that at the end of my father's life, our family was able to be there, and the caretakers were able to answer our questions and relieve our concerns. Because of these wonderful, caring people, our father was able to pass with dignity and free from pain. I can't thank them enough, and I highly recommend Comfort Keepers to anyone else who is facing such a difficult time. They truly care and provided comfort not only to my father, but to his family, as well.
