Love this clinic above all... our dogs prefer the male veterinarians.

Friendly staff. Vetenarian very patient and listened and answers all questions. Interested in your pet and invites you to call them with any quedtoons.

I think I may have found my new vet! I've worked with tons of vets in my life but my experience with Augusta was the 1st time I've interacted with an office that operated like I would if I ran a vet clinic. I work full time and was having my new cat getting fixed. I was able to drop off the night before surgery and pick up the day after (never had that lovely experience - usually its drop off and pick up same day and pray nothing goes wrong), I knew I was going to be running a tight schedule when I needed to pick up, so I called and paid over the phone and let them know I was coming and didn't have much time. When I got there, the cat was in the carrier at the front desk and I was out in less than 5 min (all other clinics they have to find the files, find the carrier, find the animals and it's easily 20 minutes though you call ahead). When I was checking in, I filled in a little paperwork and was out in 10 min. The called and communicated when needed. It was an amazingly efficient experience. Thank you office nurses for being amazing.

Great people. Got our first puppy so there is no other vets experiences to compare with. They have taken great care of our dog and will recommend them to other family members
