As an employee here I see how happy our residents are. We have amaizing food, activities, staff to patient ratio. The staff work well together an give this facility a home like feeling. I would put my family here.

I have worked as the ADON here for almost a year. Our residents are well taken care of by our great staff. I love my staff and the rest of my co workers. We are a team that has come together to enrich our residents' lives and strive for excellence each and every day. As a lifelong El Dorado resident, I am proud to be part of such a great and caring organization in our community.

I have worked at LakePoint for four and a half years. The staff does and amazing job taking care of the residents. It showed the past year through the trying times we endured. They kept the residents safe and happy through a tough time. We have a great leadership team. I enjoy working with them. Everyone seems to want to pitch in when help is needed. We have several staff members that have been here many years. That shows the dedication they have to the residents. The residents become family to us.

I've worked in the business office at LakePoint for over two and a half years. The staff here really do feel like an extension of my family, and it's with that same sense of family that our clinical staff approaches taking care of our residents with. This has been one of the most rewarding places I've ever worked, and with some of the most amazing people I've ever worked with.
