Chase County Care and Rehab

I have been working at this facility for almost 8 years. I am so proud to be a part of this staff and this community. The way we have all pulled together and managed to keep our residents safe so far through this pandemic has been extraordinary. Our residents and staff are a family. It’s a privilege serving them.

Working there currently verses two years ago the facility, management and staff have changed so much and all for the better. Despite current difficulties due to covid the residents are still engaged through activities and staff. I know my coworkers and I truly care and love our residents!

I had a wonderful opportunity to be apart of this community. The staff welcomed me with open arms and would answer any questions that I had in a prompt manner. There are MANY activities that the residents may participate in (that I thought were fun too)! I hope that community members take the time to visit (when appropriate) and learn about the facility. This is a place that these residents call home

Chase County Care and rehab is a small community living facility. It has great team work and everyone cares about the residents. They have community activities and facility activities. The smiles and laughter of the residents and employees is a major daily goal. Love the home feel. Also have a great therapy department.

Out patient PT is amazing! They are skilled in some of the latest techniques to speed your recovery after surgery or ease the pain on an old injury. The staff of the general facility are very caring of the patients that I encounter as an outpatient. The administration is involved in the community events and plans lots of special events at the facility. Great place!
