  I have personally worked at this facility 3 times for a total of over 5 years. I love this facility. It is the only Facility I have seen where the residents are truly treated like family. Even the office staff know each resident personally. It is full of love and respect for the residents- which is what makes an amazing long term care facility ❤️

  The management team at Highland Healthcare & Rehab Center are extremely dedicated to their work. Patient care is the number one priority and we have high expectations for all our staff to ensure quality care is being given. Since our expectations for all our employees are very high, we are there every step of the way to assist them at any time. Management is on-call and accessible 24/7 with any issues you may run into.
  
  We have also done some update to our facility that has made a huge impact on our residents. With all the activities and entertainment that happens on a daily basis the residents are enjoying themselves. It is nice to see the residents with smiles.
  
  We care about our staff and we encourage our staff to continue with their education. We have incentives to make them feel special too. If you are positive, driven, hard-working, energetic, and dedicated you would be a great asset to our company.

  My mother was there for about 4 months. The staff hands down made her feel at ease and comforter. The nurses quickly became like family members. Even the cleaning staff are amazing and kind. The therapy was wonderful she's doing so much more now. She loved Colleen's actives and she always had a listening ear to mom's stories. Amanda handled her one major health crisis so wll. Thanks to all of you. Too many to name. You gave me my mother back better than she's been in years

  Highland Healthcare is a great place to work I worked there for almost two years. The people you work with are great to get along with, and they are always wanting to make an improvement. The employees and management has made a lot of changes to the building and the living environment. There are a lot of happy smiling faces and it was always nice to see the residents happy to see you . If I had to recommend anyone to work anywhere it would have to be at highland Healthcare and Rehabilitation.

  I have visited this facility since February of this year.
  I admitted my Mother here, the staff specializes in the care of dementia patients.
  They are committed in the expertise of accommodating each individual with full 24 hour care. It’s a family place where you can feel comfortable, and at home atmosphere.
  You’re greeted with a smile and lots of hellos, & hurry back.
  The rooms are clean with a nice view. Food is home style, with a menu. Their activities keep a happy pace, and a smile on everyone’s face. A safe environment for anyone to feel at home.
