(August 11, 2018, 7:27 pm)Took my bike into day a few hours before closing tryin to diagnose a problem with my fat bike.. the owner took his time even tho he was extremely busy with other bikes for repair & sales. I’ve had a terrible time at a few other bike shops inside KC that couldn’t really fig out the problem or wanted to put my bike on the back burner.
Top notch service. Highly recommend for repair work. He knew I was about an hour away & instead of having me come back another day, squeezed it in. Now that’s service! -
