  I had the most delicious breakfast hash with a dill cream sauce. The guy behind the counter taking orders was upbeat and pleasant. Good coffee and a cute patio. Also the bloody mary's here are incredible.

  Had my first experience at the Levee Cafe today. Let me tell you it was AMAZING! Love the atmosphere and the food was excellent. My family owned 2 restaurants growing up and this by far exceeded my expectations! I had the Corn beef hash =100% amazing and also tried the famous Texan sandwich! OMG! I WILL be back for sure. What a gem in LFK! The staff was so kind and very warm and friendly. You Must see for yourself! Robert W.-Wichita Ks

  Really awesome food! Good prices for this quality of unique fare. The place is tiny and makes for a cozy and comfy dining experience.

  A great find! Great people! Great food! A small place that makes very good fresh food. Went twice while visiting Lawrence. Ordered breakfast & then lunch. No disappointment with anyone's meal. Highly recommend putting The Levee Cafe on your radar.

  Great place for breakfast or brunch. The staff are very friendly and make sure you are taken care of. I very much enjoyed my meal I had and the coffee was great too. The atmosphere is very cozy with modern touches on a beautiful building. The location is really cool and takes me someplace I wouldn't normally go.

The Levee Cafe makes a great breakfast, and you owe it to yourself to make it a point to cross the river to enjoy it. I hope that North Lawrence knows how good they have it.
