Matt came out and gave us some suggestions for "staging" our house, took pictures, and was flexible in listing the house (we delayed due to weather). Once the house was listed, we received multiple offers immediately and Matt provided great advice and took care of every detail. We had a signed contract in a day and a half. Matt again took care of the details. We would highly recommend Matt.
