  It seemed like a busy day but the patients were handled efficiently and I was seen at my scheduled time. The staff had extra patience with me (as I get freaked out with this near/touching my eyes) and everyone was very friendly.

  Fantastic service from a very competent staff! I randomly walked in because my old glasses needed a small repair. They fixed it for free and invited me to their impending Frame Showcase. I now have an updated prescription, new glasses, and am a customer from here on out!

  Its been a couple of years since I went to an eye doctor and I was referred by mother and sister. Dr. Kramer and the staff were great. The appointment was fast and the staff great! If I hadn't arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment it would have been less than 30 min even with the extra images I had taken. Also the staff went above and beyond to help me find new frames. I would recommend to everyone!!!!

  This place is amazing! I and my wife went to fairway eye center at Overland Park for our annual eye exam. Dr. Carl took care of our annual eye checkup/ concerns. He was very good. He is very knowledgeable with great expertise. His rapport with his patients was very kind, patient and listened to our concerns carefully as well as cleared doubts with respect to the eye exam. This is our second visit to them. Our first visit was for my kids annual check up with Dr. Burt Schreiber. He too was very good with nice expertise and my kids loved the way he took care of their eye exam. This center has excellent doctors and opticians who can guide us well through every step. Ms. Angela was very kind enough in helping us select our frames and she was extremely cordial and helpful. The entire staff was very good and professional.Thank you fairway center of Overland Park for the best care and help you provide!

  My experience was fantastic! I was needing an eye appointment for contacts, and just happened to be having eye issues right when I needed to set up an exam. Dr Kramer was able to get me into his office as a new patient in under 2 days, and on a Saturday morning! He was incredibly kind and thorough. He was able to diagnose me and set me up with eye drops that fixed me up very quickly. He and his staff got me my contacts on the same day at a VERY reasonable price. He got me set up with a follow up to make sure my eyes were getting better. I honestly have never felt so taken care of at an eye doctors office. I was initially hesitant after reading their reviews online, but i cannot express how happy I am I went to see Dr Kramer and his wonderful staff. He’s a pro and earned himself a satisfied, repeat patient.
