  From the very start I had a great experience with Schabel Performance Health and Fitness. Receptionist Macy is a true joy on the phone and in person. I had a hip bursitis that caused me chronic pain for two years. I spent a lot of time, effort, and money trying to get better to no avail. Dr. Nick used a method of touch I had never experienced before but I noticed diminished discomfort from the first session. After four sessions, I feel well enough to "graduate" from treatment. That said, I will def go back if I have any other issues in the future.

  I found Schabel Performance Healing online and read about their cutting edge treatments and philosophy. I was having severe back spasms and pain with limited motion in my right shoulder. I originally went for my first few treatments to address theses two issues and noticed my chronic migraines had been alleviated in the process. I have finished my fifth week of treatments and I have virtually no back pain, significantly better range of motion in my right shoulder, and NO MIGRAINES. The quality of my life is so much better. I am so grateful!

  Dr. Larissa was great! Very different from other chiropractic appointments I've been to. She really took the time to help me understand what was going on with my joints and muscles, explained the stretches and adjustments she performed, and answered any questions I had! I'm looking forward to my follow up appointment! I highly recommend Dr. Larissa and her husband if you're looking for a thorough, comprehensive chiropractic experience :)

  I never would have made it through marathon training without Nick's help! The dry needling worked wonders on my calves and my Achilles pain was gone after 7-8 treatments - all while running 50-60 miles a week! I ended up getting the Boston qualification on my first marathon - and Schabel is a huge part of getting me there! Now I"m back getting some post-marathon tlc for a few areas - so i can get back to racing!
