Kristen is the absolute best! The way she can make anyone feel comfortable is truly admirable. She is always on time and very thorough making sure she gets every hair she can. I have been waxing with Kristen for about 2 years now and I couldn't be more happy with my experience!! I was VERY nervous for my first Brazilian wax and Kristen made me feel so safe & comfortable! I didn't feel awkward at all and obviously she did such a wonderful job I've continued waxing with her! I worry about the day she isn't waxing because I don't think I'll be able to find someone who is as sweet, caring and attentive as she is! She always makes you being comfortable a priority.
