It truly doesn't matter who answers the phone, they will find a way to help you whether it's the sales man, the office manager or the delivery woman. Every single one of them goes above and beyond every day to help us with more than paper. They have referred us to people to help with our hydraulic cutter and have even come to our office to help us try to fix it. In a world full of price choppers and awful customer service, this company and every one of their employees stand out way above anyone else.

(July 29, 2013, 11:57 am)Warning to delivering long-haul drivers! This is one TIGHT dock, with plenty of obstructions! Really a challenge, with a big-sleeper tractor, and a 53 foot trailer! Once you tag the dock, these are really nice folks to work with!
