Spencer was awesome!!! Spencer made himself available for tours for over a year with us whatever day and time. He went out of his way to make sure that we were the first to see the house. When we finally found our dream house, he was able to close the deal for us. When we made it official that we were moving, he was our seller of our first house as well. We had so many memories and it was hard to let go. Spencer made it easy because he exceeded our expectations as the seller. He went above and beyond and he will be our forever realtor. I would recommend Spencer to anyone and will always call him a friend.

I can’t say enough about Spencer and his team. I needed someone that knew the market and had the experience to make sure I was aggressive enough (but not to the point of over paying). I had purchased a condo before, but this house adventure was brand new for me, and I’m thankful Spencer knew all the things to look out for in these old neighborhoods (prairie village). So he has the experience and knowledge, but it doesn’t stop there: he’s the nicest, most patient and responsive person you will ever work with. Truly. I can’t say enough about him. I found a gem of a house working with him, and I’m not an easy client. I have really high expectations in terms of “client services” and Spencer still gets 5 stars. Hire this guy!
