I have been using this company to manage my handicap brothers care for a number of years. Although we have chosen to be self direct, the staff there has been very helpful with all my questions as they arise. If I have to leave a message, they always call me back. Everyone is nice from the receptionist, to the payroll clerk, to upper management. I would definitely recommend this as a trusted company to seek out.
