  Excellent customer service starting from the front desk to the therapists themselves! Pleasant experience working with a great team, Jenny is the best! I highly recommend this location to anyone needing Physical Therapy, as a matter of fact, I have already referred someone to come here for their Physical Therapy treatments. You won't be disappointed with this team of professionals!

  I was seen by several therapists throughout my 6mo post tendon rupture therapy. Jenny kept me right on track with my doctor's protocol. I was able to adjust my appointments with their help when necessary. Nice, friendly staff at the location.

  I went to see Jenny after shoulder surgery because I fell off my bike. I saw her 3 times a week, she was very flexible with my schedule.
  She prints off exercises with instructions for each excel use to do at home in between sessions and makes sure I do them correctly before I leave.
  When I started with her I felt like a lost cause because I could barely move my arm but she got me to where after 3 1/2 months post surgery I am back on my bike.
  It is a great atmosphere and everyone is so friendly.
  I recommend Jenny to everyone

  I have been to probably a dozen therapists throughout the years for various issues. To date, Jennifer B has performed the most comprehensive therapy. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and continues to look for solutions to my problems. Other therapists did the standard therapy and said they couldn’t do much more for me. Jenny has pushed to try and see what helps and what doesn’t. I highly recommend her

  Just completed 3 months of PT post total shoulder replacement at Lenexa SERC. Enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and friendliness of staff.
  Jenny was very thorough in explaining and demonstrating correct form for ALL exercises. I never dreaded going for my sessions as she was always very pleasant and understanding, yet able to push me to accomplish more. I liked that SERC was conveniently located in my neighborhood. I will return to SERC when I have my other shoulder done.
