My husband and I love this park! We fish here a lot, but also love to hike the trails, or just sit by the water and enjoy the day. Beautiful park!

If you're looking for just a few a short hours of hiking this is the perfect place. There are more difficult walking/ biking trails up through the woods, also some nice easy-going paved trails that wind around the park that provide some nice scenery. There's even a larger pond that the kids can wade around or cool off with a quick swim while you find a place in the shade to sit, relax and have a picnic after the walk or bike ride.

If you're looking for an easy get away with some easy to moderate bike trails this is a good park to come to.

Great mountain bike trails... we hiked them this time. Good workout and nice forest with a few stream crossings (easy and shallow).

Lots of nice dirt surface trails and some paved ones. Both forested and open meadow areas. The trails interconnect so you can wander around somewhere different every time. It's free to get in as of 5/15/18. Keep in mind where you go because of the trails wandering around and interconnecting. There is cell service so if you manage to "misplace yourself" :) you can use GPS or the online maps available at the Park website to figure it out.

I love this part. We go here super often. This is the one that we hiked at most often because we're around the area. They've got long trails and it goes next to the water so it stays pretty cool. We've lost some glasses in the park on accident we always pick up trash along the way when we go. If you're going to hike these Trails do not litter. It's super rude and it's bad for the environment. And then people like us go back behind you and pick up all your trash and make fun of how big of jerks you are. You think you love nature and you're going out here just a litter and destroy things. Shame.

but I got engaged here. We were going to get married in the park as well but I ended up not happening. But it would have been great if it did I'm sure it would have been beautiful
