I have lost weight and lots of inches. I am so happy with my journey. The people here are so nice and helpful, and they direct you and hold your hand through each step that you take. They know that this adventure is all new and sort of scary, but exciting and each person will take the journey their own way. They understand when you struggle and are excited when you succeed. I have learned a whole new way to eat, and plan to continue the lessons that I have learned here, the rest of my life.

This place does rock! The staff is so friendly you feel at home. I've learned a lot in 6 weeks, and lost over 18 inches measured in 5 spots! Amanda, my nutritionist, is very knowledgeable and kind. I recommend this place for everyone.
