  Had a lovely breakfast, ordered the farmers omelet with egg whites. Food was very fresh, no excess oil or butter!! Potatoes melt in your mouth, as well as the biscuits. :) coffee was piping hot and refilled often! we will definitely be returning soon , possibly will try lunch next time, menu looked good!

  Short wait during very busy breakfast period. Excellent service. Mexican veggie scramble and fruit (substituted for the potatoes) was delicious. Quick and fresh coffee refills. Wonderful ambiance. Highly recommend.

  The inside of this place is beautiful light wood floors and furniture, let's a lot of light in. Coworkers and I went for an early lunch and enjoyed the house coffee. I recommend the scrambler bowls, filling and delicious! The service is good but our waitress misbilled our separate tickets however she was quick to remedy the mistake.

  The server, Amy, was amazing! Nice and friendly. The food was amazing. The waffles were delicious and the banana strawberry smoothie was very refreshing. The atmosphere was bright and open. A good place for breakfast and lunch.

  This was my first time dining here. Met a good friend for breakfast with my family. Atmosphere was warm and inviting. Amy took really good care of us. Food and service was wonderful! Will definitely visit again when back in Overland Park.

(913) 998-9376. Very good all around! Solid food, friendly staff, large space. Of particular note at Ginger Sue's are the pancakes! They're HUGE and FLUFFY and AMAZING. Of course you can order them plain, but you can also opt to add blueberries or chocolate chips; which, of course, I did.
