Had a critter crawling around between our first and second floor. Scout came by and did a quick inspection, gave me some suggestions of things I could do to seal up some possible entry points, and didn't charge me for the visit! They were knowledgeable, professional, and super helpful. I'll definitely be calling them if we have future pest issues.

Forget about Terminix... this guys knows what he is doing and don’t want you on the hook.
I called Scout when we purchased our first home and discovered mice, ants, and other unwanted 8 legged as well as flying visitors. Scout employees were professional, on time every time, answered calls or called back within 2 hours, honest, friendly and most importantly EFFECTIVE. My ants were gone after the first visit which has never happened with any other company! I will never switch to any other company.
