  Appliance 911 service was great. I contacted them through HomeAdvisor and set an appointment. They called before coming, were prompt, professional, courteous and diagnosed the problem quickly. They provided a reasonable bid for the repair services, but unfortunately, the age of the unit and part cost made the investment in repair not the best choice. I would absolutely recommend them for any appliance service or repair, and they will be the first call I make the next time I have appliance issues!

  We had a really good experience with Appliance 911. They were great at communicating when they would arriving. They diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator in minutes. Justin and the other gentleman he was training were very professional and didn’t mind our dogs. They had to order a part, and kept us posted on its progress. They again arrived when they said they would and were done in minutes. It was the easiest experience we’ve had with repairmen, ever! Highly recommended.

  Call for urgent service due to my parents dryer not producing heat. Justin Gandy was there on the same service ordered the part and their dryer was up and running in no time. I highly recommend this company. Easy communication, honest service with high quality work ethic.

  The absolute best experience I have had with any service company period!!!!! I will call them above all else even if I have to wait. Polite , friendly, and professional. Rate's are very fair. I just wished they sold appliances so I can spend my money with them! Refreshing breath of air!!!

  I would highly recommend Appliance 911 for appliance repair. Our repairman Justin was polite, professional, called ahead of arriving and arrived in a timely manner. He had to order our compressor and had planned to fix it in one day when it arrived. However, he told us when he installed it he would have to come back the next day because of an unusual oil drainage issue that needed to drain overnight. He said if he left it like this he would have to come back in a year to fix it again and would like to fix it right. No extra fee. I was impressed. He could have just called it good and had more business in a year. I am definitely keeping their card on file for any other appliance repairs.
