The Royale at CityPlace Apartments

  I had been living in my own house for over 20 years. After my divorce I moved to an apartment on 135th & Quivira. It was brand new, nice but very gray both inside and out. In spite of being a very nice place the facility was not warm at all and the staff there fit that description as well.
  
  After my lease was up I moved to The Royale. Talk about a 180 degree difference. Bright, warm facility with a staff to match. The place is like a resort in many ways. An amazing clubhouse with a concierge, a spa, a fantastic gym, a modern, spacious kitchen and entertainment area and a lot more.
  
  The pool area is like something you would find at a resort. A huge salt water pool and an adjacent 12 person hot tub with amazing, covered grilling areas and large screen TVs.
  
  From what I understand, they are going to build some adjacent shops and restaurants as well.
  
  I would not be exaggerating by saying that, in most ways, I have enjoyed living at The Royale far more than living in my own homes. I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

  What hasn't been said already? This place is amazing! It feels like you're living at resort. I spent the whole summer by the pool with a cocktail in my hand. I can't wait to see what they do to decorate for the holidays!

  This place is amazing!!! It's absolutely stunning. Driving up is really neat with the sculpture and location was good off 69. The gals in the office were so fun and friendly!!

  If you want to live in a place that makes you feel like you are living in a resort and escaping from everyday life, this is the place. It is nicely appointed with many amenities, including the pool with its game areas and grills, the nicely equipped fitness facility, the summer kitchen in the lobby, and the covered parking in the garage, just to name a few.
  
  Additionally, it's not far from the mall, restaurants, banks, home improvement/hardware stores, the major highways feeding you to everywhere, and any other service you need.
  
  The place is populated with people at all stages of life, which makes it interesting. There are singles, families, young, experienced, you name it. All are friendly.
  
  Finally, the staff is friendly and responsive to your needs. Very cool place to be and live.
