Vale Overland Park Apartments

I have loved living at the vale! The amenities are so nice and clean. The office staff is completely awesome, as well. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Emily, who was our leasing agent was one of the main reasons my partner and I decided to move here! She held our hand through every step of the process and she is so delightful. I love our apartment and I’m so happy to have moved here!

This a great place to live and the staff does so many fun things for the tenants. I’m amazed at all the activities they do for us. Also a great place if you have dogs. Thanks goes out to the entire team Shawn, Chris, Megan and Emily!
And the maintenance team. Hard workers and quick to respond!

My wife and I moved from NJ to Overland Park on June 1st of 2021. From our very first contact the staff was personable, efficient and accommodating. They addressed any difficulties promptly and knowledgeably. The property is well-maintained, once again by personable, courteous people. The amenities at Vale are incredible. We have been visited by several friends from NJ, all of whom cite, “You could never find anything like this in NJ at this price!” The team of Shawn, Emily, Chris and Megan are the best!

Moved in the last day of April this year and have had great experiences ever since. Main attraction for me was how dog friendly it is here! Staff is amazing and maintenance is always quick to respond. Great location. Peaceful and I always feel safe! The pool in the summer time was amazing! Great community to live in! Highly recommend

Hi my girlfriend and I moved here from NY for her new job. The place is amazing, along with so many things to do within a short drive of the complex. After meeting how nice the staff along with how helpful they are, I felt like I was at a five-star resort. I thought it was going to be a hard transitioning and making the move to KS from NY but I have to say, (Shawn) the one who helped us was so knowledgeable of the area and the complex that he made me feel right at home like I lived there for years. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing amenities, well liked people and all around vacation feel. You have this New Yorkers 2 thumbs up.
