  Love this clinic. I have went to see the Phyiscal therapist Lizzie twice now for dry needling to decrease tightness and pain through my low back. Every time I leave I am feeling much better and able to workout without pain. Definitely recommend this clinic and their clinicians!

  I have been dealing with chronic lower back pain for years. I haven’t been able to bend forward without pain for a very long time. At my very first appointment, Dr. Heatherman was able to see what I’d been doing wrong and gave me tips on how to strengthen my back and prevent further injury. Adjustments are nice, and I’ve been to MANY different chiropractors, but this is the first time I’ve felt like there could be an actual solution to the problem! I’m excited to continue working with Dr. Heatherman, and would highly recommend him to anyone ready to find the source of their pain and get better!

  I started physical therapy with Dana Stumpff, DPT, at F.I.T. Muscle & Joint Clinic in September 2017 after a recommendation from an orthopedic doctor. I have been receiving physical therapy from her, as needed, since. Dana has been a tremendous help to me over this year, she has been instrumental in helping me to get my body stronger so I can participate in the activities I love. Within a few visits of working with Dana, I no longer had knee pain and was able to go back to running (something I had given up doing a few years prior due to pain). I have gotten so much stronger over the last year, and I always feel better after my sessions with her. Dana is very personable, she takes the time to listen to me and to answer my questions, and she teaches me new exercises/stretches to work on at home. I highly recommend Dana, she truly goes above and beyond as a therapist! She recently moved to the newest F.I.T. Muscle & Joint Clinic location, and I continue to work with her there.

  Dana has patiently managed my recovery from a partially reconstructed shoulder. She has a calm and reassuring approach and pushes you just enough while being sympathetic to your pain level. This is my second surgery on this shoulder and the rehab has been better and faster than with the first. I highly recommend Dana and FITMJC for any physical therapy or treatment needs! Thanks Dana!

  I saw Jenna Stones as a patient following a disc problem. She is a terrific Physical Therapist. She is very knowledgeable, yet sympathetic and kind. I found our treatments helpful and comforting. I have gotten stronger and learned a lot. I plan to return to the Clinic for additional visits. I highly recommend this PT Clinic. They are a young, highly educated group. They’re hard working and very nice.
