  Simple, clean and friendly staff. I stayed for 2+ hours for service since they don't have available car loaner. They have snack, coffee and wifi. 4 stars because I couldn't find an outlet to charge my laptop while working and waiting since no car loaner available to go back to office. I waited for 2+ hours. Overall, the advisor is great and approachable even after I went back after the service because the ride experience is kind of odd due to newly rotated tire. Good and well explained why it does like that. Will observe for few days and see how it goes.

  Our experience at Premier Volvo was extremely favorable. We worked with Silas Brown and Jimmy Loveland. Silas is very knowledgeable with Volvo cars, having 16 + years of experience. He took us on the test drive explaining the Volvo difference. Jimmy handled the financing working diligently to make the process workable for us as well as Premier. We would not be driving a Volvo without the efforts of Silas and Jimmy. I strongly recommend the Volvo difference and would encourage Premier Volvo as your dealership of choice. .

  Picked up my third Volvo- an S90 this time. Would not own any other vehicle. Have used ONLY Premier Volvo. They are wonderful, trustworthy, reliable and have the best coffee machine I have ever seen! Volvo’s are excellent driving and riding machines. My first S60 I kept for 13 years, only going into another due to technology. I leased a S60I for three years, turning it back in for my new S90, which was a very easy process. Have loved my cars and this great dealership

  It was a great overall experience dealing with Premier Volvo Overland Park. They took delivery of the car I had Volvo build for me and had me out the door enjoying my new vehicle in a very short period of time. The people were very nice and easy to talk to.
  I appreciate the whole experience.

  Jimmy and Silas worked hard for my business, and got me into a car at a price I didn't think was possible. They were courteous, respectful, and not at all pushy. If you are looking for a new/used Volvo I would highly recommend dropping by.
