Great facility, staff is amazing!! Vaughn the wound care nurse can work wonders! Rooms are updated and hospital beds in every room! 10/10 recommended!

First..I do not understand and disagree with the rating of this facility. 5 Stars all the way.
Our daughter in law was one that was hit unbelievably hard with Covid.
She has been between the hospital and Promise for 142 days. She has now moved on for further rehab.
The Director and Staff, Doctors, Nurses, CNA's, PT's, OT's are amazing. The all go way beyond. There is no doubt it is more than just a job to all of them.
The facility was clean and the care and compassion that they have provided was exceptional.
Not only did they take care of our girl, they provided continuous updates, explanation of care and treatments for her. Our son, our 2 grand kids and our family have been through a roller coaster of fears and tears.
The staff at Promise was by our side all the way. It is bitter sweet that we say goodby but our girl has vowed that in the future she will WALK back through Promises doors to give each one thanks and hugs as they have become family.
