  The layout was an adjustment compared to the location I always go to but the food was just as good as any other location. I went on a date there and stayed for hours even after eating because it was such a comfortable environment. I love how most of it is self service besides the food itself. It's better than awkwardly asking for a fork when you can find it and grab it yourself. It was lovely, thank you for your service and comfortable environment for a first date who is turning into a wonderful person to be in a relationship with.

  Panera Bread has changed procedure. You have to order on kiosk when entering. Or place order on app before arriving to eat in or to go. Not enough employees. That seems to be everywhere. At least the dining area is finally open. Food is always good or they will make it right!

  Wonderful service! We went through the drive through. Ordered our food. I was not expecting to pick up food or go anywhere so I didn't bring my purse. My husband was driving and went to take out his wallet only to find he had left it at home. We pulled up to the window and explained. Said we would run home and be back in 5 minutes. They were very gracious and let us take the food. We came right back and paid. They were so wonderful to us. We will definitely be back. Next time with money the first time!

  Went to drive through here. They were out of a few items but good communication from them on what was and was not available and options in each case compared to waiting for people to come up with a new solution on their own.
  I forgot my wallet and had not setup pay on my new phone. I asked to come back and pickup my order and pay then. They gave me the food and asked me to come back to pay trusting me to do so. This allowed me to eat it while hot and return to pay. When I came back they were helpful again and friendly at the counter as well.
  Great friendly service and helpful even when I know it gets old telling people what you are running short on in this crazy supply time. Friendly folks that are willing to find solutions both in supply shortage and customer mistakes.

  It's the best local fast-food bakery chain in America! And this location fully embraces that fact. The Bacon Turkey Bravo is so so so so soooo good!!! I order it almost every time I visit, even though the entire menu is delicious. There are plenty of healthy options to boot. There is a decent blend of tables and booths that are regularly cleaned. Both the drive-through and lobby are reasonably fast. It's a good place to eat alone or with a study in a small group.

  So sad that John has moved away from the Buffalo, NY area, but the folks where he moved to will be happy to have a very honest and competent AV technician in their area now!
