I love how easy the entire experience always is here. They are very responsive and accommodating, even when I had to adjust my appointment time. I love how they provide me with all of the necessary paperwork to make getting my rebates easy. Our whole family goes here and our kids love it. Dr. Arnold is awesome!

The staff were all professional and courteous. The doctor and assisting technician clearly answered my many questions about procedures and results. I was very satisfied with their use of appointment time. The front desk staff explained the processing of the health insurance claim and any co-pays due. I left the office of Vision Care Associates confident that I received the best of care.

I was so impressed with this place! Every single staff member I interacted with were welcoming, kind, and made me feel very comfortable during my appointment. Audrey was awesome---and both her and Dr. Gallentine explained everything clearly and listened to/read my concerns (which is such a rare thing!). As an Nonbinary Autistic adult, I truly appreciated their welcoming and respectful interactions with me--and calling me by my preferred name. I have not had good experiences in the past with other local optometry offices, and I am so glad to have found this place!

I was able to make a same-day appointment for myself and even schedule an appointment for my 3 year old with the same doctor (on a different day). It was my first experience with optometry and the entire staff was friendly, professional, and did a good job explaining and answering questions. I plan to establish care for my whole family here.
