  My therapist Jenna is fabulous. Absolutely love her. She's thorough and explains everything. The lobby chairs are the most comfortable chairs ever. And they've been very flexible and understanding when I've needed to change my appt.

  It is a perfect location for Leavenworth & Lansing area with great parking and a very short walk to the building. Also the doors open for you by pushing a button if disabled in some way. Very nice & wide walkway for such as a wheel chair to their office which is clean and a lot of natural light in the therapy area. Comfortable chairs in the waiting room. Greeted very kindly when signing in. Then back to the therapy room with a very nice therapist to help you back to the modern equipment that you will be using. You can also see your vehicle in the parking lot from the big windows they have. They were nice enough to schedule my appointments on my time schedule and also each time you go home with a paper showing you what to practice at home between appointments. They follow up with emails also.
  My therapist was Nate Greenwood who was able to answer most questions I had during my length of time.
  They take their time and are very gentle when performing the different therapies. If you are in need of some physical Therapy I highly recommend the Preferred Physical Therapy located at 712 1st Ter. Suite 103, Lansing • KS, 66043. You are allowed so many visits with Medicare which they do all the paperwork, so I am still doing the same exercises I was doing with my therapist here at home. I have lost my balance and have numbness in my legs & hands and using a cane to help me walk and just get around. I can walk a lot better with the cane since going to Physical Therapy since my Doctor recommended going to keep up my strength and get back the strength I lost waiting for all my lab work and test results so I can at least do for myself by keeping up my strength again at my age of 75 and hopefully regain my balance after each day goes by doing the exercises I was taught. Also I was not treated like an old guy like I was at the Doctors! I thank God for the young persons going into this business of wanting to help people in need. Erwin Fevurly

  The therapists actually care for you and make you feel amazing. If they hurt you they stop the exercise it's pretty great! 10/10 would recommend

  They are a very attentive and professional staff. As I am recovering from Shoulder surgery, their one on one attention and coaching is assisting me in a speedy recovery. They follow my doctor prescribed recovery plan and the results are fantastic! Appointments are always on time. Several years ago I underwent physical Therapy here for an different issue with the same fantastic service and results! Excellent experience!!!
